Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and sits alongside our Acceptable Use Policy. It covers copyright only. To report a different problem, such as the use of a real person's likeness, a privacy breach or non-consensual intimate imagery, use the Report and takedown routes in the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. We respect copyright
KREATOR FLOW AI LIMITED (company no. 16420097) responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the equivalent UK and EU rules. If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and believe material on KreatorFlow infringes it, you can ask us to remove or disable access to it using the steps below.
2. How to send a copyright notice
So we can act on it, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed (or a representative list, if several).
- Identification of the material you say is infringing and enough detail for us to find it, such as the exact URL or a description of where it appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Please send complaints only about material you have a genuine right to protect. Sending a notice that misrepresents that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA.
3. Our designated copyright agent
Send your notice to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent
KREATOR FLOW AI LIMITED
Email: copyright@kreatorflow.ai
Post: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Email reaches us fastest. We may ask you to confirm details before we act.
4. What happens after a valid notice
When we receive a notice that meets the requirements above, we remove or disable access to the material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it, passing on your notice so they can respond. We may keep a record of the notice and of the action we took.
5. Counter-notice
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if outside the US, for any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have filed a court action to stop the activity.
6. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, limit or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Infringing content also breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. This is not legal advice
This page explains how to reach us about copyright. It is not legal advice. If you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed, or how to respond to a notice, please speak to a lawyer.
