How we compare

Comparison pages are easy to fill with made-up numbers. We do the opposite. Each guide quotes only what the other company publishes about itself, with the date we checked and a link to the page. If something could not be verified, such as a price that only appears after you log in, it is left out.

Everything about KreatorFlow is calculated from our live product: credit costs from the same rules the studio charges, plans from our pricing page, and models from the switches that control the studio. Built on BytePlus, a ByteDance company. Powered by ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 and Seedream models via BytePlus, a ByteDance company.

What to check in any AI video tool

  • Which video and image models you get on the plan you would buy
  • The cost of one finished clip at your usual length and resolution
  • The longest clip you can render at the resolution you publish in
  • Whether you can buy credits once, without a subscription
  • Whether a character keeps the same face across clips
  • Who owns the output, and whether your content is used for training

Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, 720p and above. Plan columns: 5-second clips a month on the plan's full monthly credits. Longer clips cost the same per second, so a 10-second clip uses twice the credits. Generated audio is included. USD per second: each plan's price over its full monthly credits, lowest to highest plan; monthly is the regular monthly price, annual is the yearly price divided by 12.

Questions

What is the best AI video generator alternative in 2026?

There is no single best tool: it depends on the model you want, how long your clips are and how you like to pay. If ByteDance's Seedance is the model you use most, KreatorFlow runs it directly through BytePlus with camera templates, consistent characters, credit packs and an API. Each comparison below sets out the checked facts so you can decide.

How do you keep these comparisons fair?

Every fact about another product is checked on that company's own website, dated on the page and linked as a source. Where a price or spec could not be verified, we leave it out rather than guess, and we never publish ratings, user counts or testimonials we cannot back up.

Which of these tools run Seedance?

KreatorFlow runs ByteDance's Seedance video and Seedream image models through BytePlus as an official BytePlus partner. When we checked their sites in September 2026, Pika and Luma also listed Seedance among the models on their plans, and Higgsfield listed Seedance 2.0 on its pricing page.

Is Sora still available?

No. OpenAI discontinued Sora in 2026: the app closed on 26 April 2026 and the API on 24 September 2026. The Sora alternative page explains how to move your clips, prompts and API calls.

Who owns the videos and images I make?

You do, to the extent the law allows: our Terms say generated images and videos produced by the service are owned by you. AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in every country, and you need the rights to anything you upload as a reference.

Do you train AI models on my prompts or videos?

No. We do not use your private prompts, uploads or generated outputs to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits come back automatically. A failed or rejected generation is refunded to your balance, and your credits page shows every charge and refund.

Do unused plan credits roll over?

Credits from full-price months roll over and stack while your plan is active. Credits from a discounted month (such as your first month or a sale) are used first and expire at your next renewal. Credit packs last 12 months from purchase.
