What is Seedance?
Seedance is a family of video generation models from ByteDance's Seed team. You describe a shot, or give it images, clips and audio as references, and it makes a video with camera movement, consistent characters and generated sound in one pass.
The newest model, Seedance 2.5, makes single takes of up to 30 seconds. Seedance 2.0 takes up to 9 images, 3 video clips and 3 audio files as references in one prompt, which is why it is the model people use for character-consistent ads, music videos and short films.
KreatorFlow is an official partner of BytePlus, a ByteDance company. We run every current Seedance model on BytePlus, in a browser studio for creators and a developer API for apps.

"Lowest listed" means a 5-second video at both 720p and 1080p costs less on our API than the lowest price any other provider in the Seedance API Price Index shows for that model, from each provider's own price page. Seedance pricing
A 5-second Seedance 2.0 video at 720p costs $0.59 on Max and $0.55 through the API. On the website that is up to 59% less than Higgsfield Plus at its published prices. At our list rate, a 5-second Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast video at 720p or 1080p costs less on the KreatorFlow API than the regular list price of any of the 12 other API providers we track (each provider's own page, checked 25 October 2026 to 2 November 2026). Seedance 2.0 Mini is not included: another provider lists it for the same or less at 720p. Generated sound is included and failed generations are refunded automatically.

What is Seedance?

Who makes Seedance?
Seedance is made by ByteDance's Seed research team. Businesses get it through BytePlus, ByteDance's AI platform for businesses, which is how KreatorFlow runs it.
What is the latest Seedance model?
Seedance 2.5. Its biggest change is length: one generation runs for up to 30 seconds, against 15 seconds on Seedance 2.0, at 720p, 1080p, 4K.
How much does Seedance cost?
A 5-second Seedance 2.0 video at 720p is 15 credits, $0.59 on the KreatorFlow Max plan, or $0.55 through the API. That is up to 59% less than Higgsfield Plus. Every model and resolution is on the Seedance pricing page.
Can I use Seedance for free?
New KreatorFlow accounts get 25 one-time starter credits for images and video. Free video covers Seedance 2 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini at 720p only, queued and rate limited. Other video models and 1080p and above need a plan. Longer, higher resolution and Seedance 2.5 videos need a plan.
Is there a Seedance API?
Yes. The KreatorFlow developer API runs every Seedance model with one API key, billed per video from prepaid tokens. At our list rate, a 5-second Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast video at 720p or 1080p costs less on the KreatorFlow API than the regular list price of any of the 12 other API providers we track (each provider's own page, checked 25 October 2026 to 2 November 2026).
