The role
Remote · Freelance
AI video editor
Make high quality short videos with KreatorFlow's own tools (Seedance video, Kitsune character swap, Lip Sync, AI voices) and edit them into Reels, TikToks and Shorts. Lots of them, every day, without the quality dropping.
You will
- Turn briefs into finished 15 to 60 second vertical videos for our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, several a day, every day
- Keep every video at the same high standard, whether it's the first of the day or the tenth
- Write prompts, pick references and generate clips until they look right
- Cut for pace: hooks, captions, on-screen text and edits matched to the music
- Show off new tools the week they launch
You have
- A portfolio of polished short-form videos you made or edited, ideally with real views
- Proof you can ship volume: a page, client or channel where you post or deliver a lot of videos every week
- A feel for what stops the scroll in the first second
- Speed in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- You already make videos with AI tools, and you work fast

Questions
Is the work remote?
Yes. You work from anywhere, on your own hours, as long as you hit the deadlines we agree.
How much does it pay?
You tell us your rate in the application: per video, per hour or per month. We pay what we agree with you before any work starts.
What happens after I apply?
We look at every portfolio. If your work is a fit, we email you a short brief for one trial reel. There's no interview: your portfolio and the trial decide it. If we like the trial, we start sending you work.
Do I need to use AI already?
Yes. We produce a lot of content every day, so we're looking for editors who already make videos with AI tools and work fast. You don't need to know KreatorFlow yet; we give you credits for the trial.
What are you looking for?
Editors who can do both: high quality and a lot of it. We post many videos every day, so we need people who can deliver polished videos daily without the standard slipping. Show us both in your portfolio.
Do I get credits for the trial reel?
Yes. When we send you the trial brief, sign up free on KreatorFlow and reply with the email address you signed up with. We add credits to that account so you can make the reel with our tools.
What should my portfolio include?
Links to your best short videos: a Google Drive folder, a TikTok or Instagram page, YouTube Shorts or a website. Put your strongest piece first.
