How is MCP usage billed?
Through the connector, each generation spends your plan credits at the same price as the studio: a Seedream 5.0 Pro image at 2K is 4 credits and a 5-second 720p Seedance 2.5 clip is 24. The developer MCP server spends Developer API tokens instead.
- There's no extra fee for using MCP. The price is the same as making the same thing in the studio, and longer or higher-quality video costs more.
- Failed and blocked generations are refunded automatically.
- Audio tools cost the same as in the Audio studio: text to speech (generate_speech) is 2 credits per 1,000 characters, charged in whole 1,000-character blocks; music and sound (generate_sound) is 1 credit per 10 seconds of audio, at least 2 credits; clone_voice is 60 credits per cloned voice; transcribe is 1 credit per 5 minutes of audio; translate_speech is 3 credits per minute of audio. The audio tools work while the KreatorFlow Audio studio is available. If it's switched off, they reply that they aren't available yet and nothing is charged.
- Edits, face swap and Kitsune cost the same as in the studio too.
- Ask the assistant to call get_account to see your plan and the credits you have left.
- Your plan's rules still apply, so 4K video is available on Pro, Max, and Business.
- Developer MCP calls are priced in tokens like the API: list_models shows each model's token cost, and get_balance shows your balance.
