How do daily bonus credits work?
On paid plans you can claim bonus credits once a day on the Claim credits page, through each billing period. It resets at midnight UTC, and missed days don't roll over.
- Creator, Pro and Max: the workspace owner claims once a day through each billing period.
- Business: each paid seat can claim, up to 650 bonus credits per seat each period.
- Claim every day of a period to collect the plan's full bonus: Creator 175, Pro 350, Max 300.
- On Creator, Pro and Business the daily amount grows as the cycle goes on. Max pays the same amount every day: 10 a day (20 or 30 on the bigger Max sizes).
- When the cycle ends, a new one starts when the plan renews.
Why is my claim cycle 28, 29, 30 or 31 days?
Claim cycles follow your billing period, so a monthly cycle is as long as the month you paid for: 28 to 31 days. Each one is a single cycle, and claiming every day pays the full bonus however long the month is.
Annual plans run one claim cycle per month of the year, so the bonus comes 12 times.
What does "+N ready" mean?
It means today's claim is open. The credits pill in the top bar shows a dot and +N (the credits you can claim now), and the Claim free credits row in the credits menu says "+N ready". Claim from there, from the account menu, or on the Claim credits page.
Once you've claimed, it says "Claimed today" until the next reset at midnight UTC.
Can I claim when I run out of credits?
Yes. On a paid plan, if today's claim is still open, the out-of-credits screen shows a Claim N free credits button. Press it to add today's bonus, then carry on creating if it covers the cost.

Why can't I claim?
Claims are for paid plans. On Creator, Pro and Max only the workspace owner can claim; on Business, only paid seats can. If the cycle has ended, it restarts when your plan renews.
When does the claim reset?
Every day at midnight UTC. Unclaimed days aren't carried over.
Where are my Halloween sale bonus credits?
A plan bought or upgraded during the Halloween sale (until Oct 31, 2026) comes with one-time bonus credits: Creator 200, Pro 400, Max 800, Business 1,600. They're claimable, not added at checkout: they're added to your daily claim for your first billing period, split evenly over the days left in it, so you claim them daily through your first month. Claim each day on the Claim credits page; a missed day's share isn't carried over, and the bonus ends with that first period.
