Do my credits expire?

Credits from full-price months roll over and stack while your plan is active. Credits from a discounted month (such as your first month or a sale) are used first and expire at your next renewal. If you cancel, the plan credits left are removed when the plan ends. Credit packs last 12 months from purchase.

  • Full-price months: unused plan credits roll over, and each renewal adds the new credits on top.
  • Discounted months (a first-month price, a sale, a discount code, a save offer or a free month): those credits are used first and expire at your next renewal.
  • Annual plans work the same way per year: a full-price year rolls over, a discounted first year's credits expire at the yearly renewal.
  • Credit packs, the trial, starter credits and bonus credits are never removed at renewal.
  • Plan credits are always used first, so the credits you bought yourself last longest.
  • If you cancel (or your plan isn't renewed), the plan credits left on your balance are removed when the plan ends.
  • Credit packs stay usable for 12 months from purchase, with or without a plan.

Got any questions left?

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for. When the plan ends, the plan credits left are removed, including ones rolled over from earlier months. Credit packs stay for 12 months from purchase.

Do unused credits roll over to next month?

Credits from full-price months do: they roll over and stack while your plan is active. Credits from a discounted month (such as your first month or a sale) expire at your next renewal. Credit packs last 12 months, and daily claims must be claimed on the day.

Which credits get used first?

Credits from a discounted month go first (they expire at your next renewal), then other plan credits, then pack, trial and bonus credits. That way the credits that would expire soonest are used first.
