How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and choose Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Cancel plan and answer the short questions.
- Type the confirmation word and confirm. Renewal stops; access continues until the period ends.
- Only workspace owners and admins can cancel.
- Cancelling doesn't refund the current period.
- Cancelling ends an active Creator Pass straight away.
- When the plan ends, the plan credits left are removed. Pack credits stay for 12 months from purchase.
- Changed your mind? Use Resume plan in Settings before the period ends.
- For plans that end on or after 21 November 2026: the images, videos, uploads and saved characters in your library are deleted 30 days after the plan ends, unless you start a plan again before then. We email you the date first. Explore posts stay.

My plan ends in a few days, what happens?
A banner shows when your plan is about to end. Until then everything works. After it ends, you're on the free tier and the plan credits left are removed. You can keep the plan with Resume plan in Settings before it ends.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
For plans that end on or after 21 November 2026, the images, videos, uploads and saved characters in your library are deleted 30 days after the plan ends. We email you the date when you cancel, and again 7 days and 1 day before. Starting a plan before that date keeps everything, and posts on Explore stay until you remove them. Download anything you want to keep.
