Can I get a refund on my subscription or credit pack?
You have 14 days to cancel a purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven't generated anything with it. Once you generate anything, the payment isn't refundable. After 14 days, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires. If you generated on the account before paying, being unhappy with the results isn't a reason for a refund. Failed jobs are always refunded in credits automatically.
- 14-day right to cancel: a plan, pass, credit pack or API top-up gets a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of paying and haven't generated anything. Once you generate anything (any job that uses credits), the payment isn't refundable. Failed jobs don't count. Email support to use this right.
- After those 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. There are no partial refunds for unused time.
- If your account generated anything before you paid (with free credits or a trial), you bought knowing what KreatorFlow produces. Being unhappy with the results, or not knowing what you were buying, is then not a reason for a refund.
- Billing mistakes, like being charged twice, are always put right. Contact support.

I don't like the results, or it wasn't what I expected. Can I have my money back?
Not if your account made any generation before you paid. Free credits are there so you can see the results before you buy, so a purchase made after trying it isn't refunded for that reason. Failed jobs are still refunded in credits automatically, billing mistakes are always put right, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected (including the 14-day right to cancel).
Can I get a partial refund for an unused annual plan?
Only within 14 days of paying, and only if you haven't generated anything: then you get a full refund. Once you've generated anything, or after 14 days, plans aren't refunded. Cancel to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
