My credits are missing or my balance looks wrong
Check the history on the Credits page first: it lists every charge, refund, claim and expiry. If something still doesn't add up, contact support and we'll look into it.
- Failed jobs are refunded automatically, usually within a few minutes.
- Credits from full-price months roll over at each renewal; credits from a discounted month (such as your first month or a sale) expire at the next renewal.
- Downgrading removes the credit difference between the two plans.
- If a payment was refunded after its credits were spent, future credits cover the difference.
- On a team workspace, credits are shared with everyone in it.
If a purchase hasn't arrived or a refund is missing after a few minutes, contact support with roughly when it happened.
